S\u00f3lo disponemos de los recursos limitados que tenemos para cumplir nuestros objetivos. Los recursos en los que solemos pensar son el dinero, el personal o el tiempo. \u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo m\u00e1s preciado para usted?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-would-you-ask-of-a-genie\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 le pedir\u00edas a un genio?<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/genovix.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/dreamstime_9984101-300x240.jpg\" alt=\"Dreamstime 9984101\" class=\"wp-image-627\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m guessing many people would ask a genie for more time to do the things they want. It seems everyone is working harder and harder each day. And sometimes with&nbsp;less staff. Yet, there\u2019s more data to track and more requirements to meet. While we have&nbsp;the technology&nbsp;to help ease the burden, employers expect faster results. It almost becomes our own nemesis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si unimos lo anterior al hecho de que cada vez es m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil encontrar personas con experiencia en el trabajo de campo -aquellas que realmente entienden lo que ocurre sobre el terreno-, los niveles de estr\u00e9s aumentan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-but-what-if-you-had-more-time\">ero, \u00bfy si <em>tuvieras <\/em>m\u00e1s tiempo?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Podr\u00edas\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>formar mejor al personal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dedicar m\u00e1s tiempo a analizar todos los datos recogidos, sabiendo que s\u00f3lo se est\u00e1 avanzando con las mejores l\u00edneas en el programa de cr\u00eda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tener confianza en sus resultados y presentarlos a sus compa\u00f1eros y a la alta direcci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta idea no es irreal, sobre todo si utilizas Excel o una base de datos no relacional para gestionar tus experimentos y datos. Todos hemos o\u00eddo el dicho de que \u00abel tiempo es oro\u00bb. Pues bien, esta afirmaci\u00f3n no puede ser m\u00e1s cierta para los fitomejoradores. Me mostraron sus hojas de Excel y un programa inform\u00e1tico que hab\u00edan estado utilizando desde el Reino Unido para el an\u00e1lisis de datos. Hab\u00eda que abrir cada experimento, analizar los datos y guardarlos.<span style=\"color: #b00000;\">Tienen que capturar y almacenar las medias en otro lugar antes de poder comparar las medias de todos sus experimentos.<\/span>&nbsp;<strong>\u00a1Eso consume mucho tiempo!<\/strong> Despu\u00e9s de mostrar c\u00f3mo funciona una base de datos altamente relacional, estaban muy motivados para hacer la transici\u00f3n. La posibilidad de analizar <em>pr\u00e1cticamente todos los datos del a\u00f1o en cuesti\u00f3n de minutos<\/em>en lugar de d\u00edas, les result\u00f3 muy atractiva. Se dieron cuenta del tiempo que pod\u00edan ahorrar y de la eficacia que pod\u00edan obtener.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si no trabajas de forma eficiente, es cuando las horas de la noche y del fin de semana empiezan a acumularse porque hay que cumplir un plazo, sin excepciones.
